Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering strong client relationships, and driving customer retention and growth. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, managing client communications, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes. The role requires a customer-centric approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Demonstrated ability in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to maintain and grow client accounts
  • Analytical Skills to assess data and provide solutions that enhance client outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving and proactive insights
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment
  • Experience in the automotive or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
