Foresite is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our Mid-Market clients and our suite of managed services. In this role, you will lead the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customers maximize their investment in Google SecOps and Foresite’s MSSP offerings.

This role is designed for a proactive advocate who excels at the intersection of client satisfaction and cybersecurity strategy, helping customers navigate the cloud threat landscape with confidence while driving long-term retention.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will act as the "big picture" lead for the client relationship, ensuring service alignment and robust security outcomes. You will partner closely with Foresite’s internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable security roadmaps. You will be measured on client health metrics, renewal rates, and the expansion of Foresite’s security footprint within your assigned portfolio.

Orchestration & Account Management

  • Central Hub: Act as the primary point of contact, orchestrating communication between client stakeholders and Foresite’s delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Health Monitoring: Proactively manage account health metrics and conduct regular business reviews to ensure MSSP services meet established KPIs.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Align client business objectives with long-term protection and compliance goals, ensuring our delivery remains a high-value asset.

Retention & Revenue Growth

  • Renewal Excellence: Own the full renewal lifecycle for Mid-Market accounts, identifying "at-risk" signs early and developing strategic mitigation plans.
  • Service Expansion: Deeply understand evolving security needs to identify opportunities for upselling additional Foresite services or Google SecOps features.
  • Voice of the Customer: Provide structured feedback to Foresite leadership to help refine managed service offerings and the overall Mid-Market customer experience.

Who You Are:

  • Proven Track Record: You have 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically managing a portfolio of Mid-Market clients in the cybersecurity or SaaS space.
  • Security Fluent: You possess a solid understanding of managed security services (MSSP), including the value proposition of SIEM and SOAR concepts.
  • Relationship Architect: You are an expert at building rapport and maintaining long-term engagement with mid-level management and executive stakeholders (CISOs/IT Directors).
  • Analytical Thinker: You have an innate ability to interpret account health data to drive proactive outreach and creative problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

  • Google Cloud Expertise: Familiarity or direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google SecOps.
  • Industry Context: Experience working within an MSSP environment or a deep understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate technical security outcomes into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
