Job Summary
We are seeking a seeking a Dental Account/Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing dental claims, accounts receivable, ensuring accurate billing, timely claim submission, payment posting, and insurance follow-up.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, claims processing, and accounts receivable management.
Responsibilities
- Submit and track dental insurance claims electronically and manually
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance companies
- Resolve billing discrepancies and claim rejections
- Maintain accurate patient financial records in the practice management system
- Communicate with manager and dental offices regarding claim and accounts receivable status
- Work both patient and insurance aging reports and maintain healthy accounts receivable
Qualifications

- Maintains 100% accuracy in reconciling daily transactions
