The role: As Housekeeper at New Communities' assisted living community, Biddeford Estates, you will support seniors to live life fully. Housekeeping activities include dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleanliness, replenishing supplies and assisting with resident laundry. New Communities also offers cross training opportunities as a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) for those who have a desire to start a career in healthcare.
Full-Time position available - Pay rate dependent on position, shift, certifications, and experience, ranging from $14.75 - 16.25/hr.
Per diem position available - work hours are not guaranteed and are scheduled on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility rather than a set schedule.

Requirements
- One year of experience in a housekeeping/cleaning role is preferred, but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
