New Chapter HI Services (NCHI) is seeking an experienced construction industry leader to oversee field operations while driving strategic business growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with strong industry relationships, government contracting experience, and the ability to lead projects from pursuit through completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue federal, state, municipal, commercial, and institutional construction opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, and prime contractors
• Oversee active construction projects and field operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and safety compliance
• Support estimating, proposal development, and contract pursuits
• Represent NCHI at industry events, pre-bid meetings, and networking functions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, prevailing wage, and project requirements

Qualifications

• 10 years of commercial, institutional, or federal construction experience
• Proven business development and relationship-building experience
• Strong field operations and project leadership background
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of government contracting and procurement processes preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Greater Boston

Preferred Skills

• SBA 8(a), WOSB, MBE/WBE experience
