What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Aide position at New Challenges, Inc.?
New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with disabilities, mental health diagnoses and brain injuries in residential settings in the west and south metro area. NCI is currently hiring for a part time or full time Assisted Living Aide at one of our 9 person sites located in Hastings, MN.
Available shift is afternoon and evenings weekdays and an every other weekend.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- ADL'S
- Medication administration
- Transportation
- Documentation
- Meal Prep
- Activities
- Hygiene assistance
All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.
Experienced applicants as a nursing assistant (CNA), personal care attendant (PCA) or home health aide (HHA) are encouraged to submit resumes.
