BridgeWater at Mankato, a 24-unit Assisted Living community, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Assisted Living Aides. In this role, you’ll support the physical and emotional well-being of our residents by providing essential personal care and health-related services in a warm, home-like environment. If you're passionate about working with the elder population and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Part-Time Evening Shifts Available
- Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and perform delegated nursing tasks
- Assist elders with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, hair care, eating, toileting, and transfers/lifts
- Monitor and report changes in elders’ conditions to the nursing staff
- Support new staff onboarding and training
- Assist with light housekeeping and activities
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with the elder population
- Previous senior care experience preferred but not required
