We are actively seeking experienced Finance & Insurance Managers to join our high-performing dealership team. This is a prime opportunity for driven professionals looking to maximize their income and grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position: Finance & Insurance Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $16.90/hour
- Unlimited Commission (based on performance)
- Production Bonuses (no cap)
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue by selling finance and insurance products to new and pre-owned vehicle customers
- Complete, review, and verify all deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance
- Present financing options, warranties, and protection products clearly and effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage deal flow and ensure timely funding
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high CSI scores
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of proven success in automotive F&I (BMW experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Dealer Management System
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
- AFIP Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Notary is a plus
