Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and pizzas according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food items are prepared efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Support the kitchen team with food prep tasks, including chopping, slicing, and ingredient organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours and special events.
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
