Position Summary:

The Pizza and Sandwich Artist is responsible for preparing delicious pizzas, sandwiches, and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role may also require prepping and making coffee beverages to customer specifications. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize duties, and work efficiently and safely under pressure. As a part of the team, this person will play a key role in ensuring customers receive excellent food and beverage offerings while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. flexible hours. Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizzas to customer specifications while ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency

• Prepare sandwiches to customer specifications while ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency

• Prepare coffee beverages, such as espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews customer specifications while ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency

• Controls costs by adhering to recipes; following preparation standards

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for pizzas, sandwiches, and other menu items, ensuring all items are fresh, portioned correctly, and ready for cooking or serving

• Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner

• Maintains a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment

• Operate Pizza Oven, Dishwasher and other kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep areas and workstations

• Monitor inventory levels for food and coffee supplies and restock when necessary

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues promptly

• Follow food safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards

• Assist with other kitchen duties, such as prep work or dishwashing, as needed.

• Provide a welcoming and pleasant experience for customers.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
