What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Pastor The Reformed Church of Bushkill position at New Brunswick Theological Seminary?
The Reformed Church of Bushkill, located in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, in the beautiful
Pocono Mountains, is seeking a full-time pastor. We are a welcoming, culturally diverse
congregation rooted in our mission of “Striving to do what Christ tells us through Scripture.” We
value meaningful relationships, spiritual growth, multigenerational fellowship, and serving our
community through local ministries and outreach.
We are prayerfully seeking a compassionate, spiritually grounded pastor who will lead with
vision, provide meaningful pastoral care, and share engaging, Bible-based messages that connect
Scripture to everyday life. We hope for a leader who will work alongside our congregation to
strengthen our worship and music ministry, encourage children’s Christian education, and build
upon our existing outreach efforts as we discern God’s direction for our future.
If you feel called to serve alongside us, we invite you to learn more about our congregation and
ministry by reviewing our church profile. Interested candidates are invited to submit a letter of
introduction and a completed profile form to pastoralsearchrcb@gmail.com.
