Lesson planning and implementation. Assessment of children in order to customize planning. Creating a nurturing learning environment. Assuring the welfare, health, and safety of children. Maintaining classroom activity areas, materials and supplies. Maintaining constant supervision of children. Maintaining classroom records such as attendance, ratio logs, and CACFP meal counts. Completing required annual training hours. Building effective relationships with parents and other staff member. Compliance with DCDEE requirements
