JOB MISSION:
The Global Merchandising Planning Coop will drive the management of reporting tools, optimize data processes, and support key merchandising initiatives. This role involves developing and maintaining reports in Power BI, Spotfire, and Excel, integrating new systems, and providing strategic insights on forecasting, lifecycle management, and category performance. As the data management point person for the Global Merchandising Footwear Team, you will drive innovation in reporting tools, streamline workflows, and support leadership with business updates, ensuring data accuracy and usability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Analytics:
- Report Creation & Management (Power BI, Spotfire, Excel, future software)
- Creating, enhancing, and managing user-facing reports in Power BI and Spotfire
- Development and maintenance of Excel reports, including macro creation and updates
- Support new system integration initiatives as needed
- Merchandising & Product Monthly GFA Analysis
- Creating and analyzing in-depth PowerPoint presentations for each GBU, tracking monthly GFA changes
- Serve as the Footwear & Apparel point person for the Manager, providing category-specific information regarding changes in the GFA monthly, lifecycle plans, and other key insights
- Creating and archiving data tables for the GFA each month
- Analyzing long range plan, detailed line plan, forecast, and order information data
- Support Global Merchandising Footwear & Apparel team with Vibe data entry
- Data management point person for Global Merchandising Footwear & Apparel Team
- Innovating current tools and processes
- Supporting the Manager with Long Range Plan analysis, shaping the business by GBU, channel, and region
- Supporting the Manager with processes and goals regarding the following essential planning procedures:
- Line Plan Architecture
- Lifecycle Management
- Regional Convergence
- Supporting Seasonal Kickoff with an in-depth analysis of the initial pass of Line Plan Architecture
- Supporting Seasonal Reconciliation with a final analysis of the aligned Line Plan Architecture
- Providing an updated GBU dashboard covering all footwear line plan businesses for Go-to-Market 1
- Providing an updated GBU dashboard and platform analysis covering all Footwear & Apparel line plan business for Go-to-Market 2
- Supporting future milestones: Go-to-Market 3 and 4
- Working towards BA/BS degree in a Business, Merchandising or Analytics related field
- Demonstrated experience with Data Visualization tools (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, Spotfire), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
- Ability to work in a fast pace, challenging and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills with multiple team members
- Leadership and team-building skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Forward thinking and strategic mindset
- Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze to understand qualitative and quantitative data
