New Alternatives is seeking a BA level individual with 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity to step into the role of Program Director for our Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP) for 6-13 year old youth. This position oversees the daily operations of the residential campus.

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the care and supervision of clients safety, timely submission of reports, documentation, program expenses and scheduling/staffing. Lead Staff meetings, identify areas for growth and development, lead a team of employees. Train and hold accountable a team of employees in topics related to Trauma Informed Care and residential treatment regulations Ensure compliance with all Licensing and agency standards and regulations Collaborate with on site clinical team to ensure smooth operations and cohesive environment. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with placing social workers and community partners
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role. Strong organization, communication and leadership skills.
