The Scheduling & Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for processing client requests by coordinating office operations with technician schedules in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. As our "Air Traffic Controller," you will manage the complex dispatch board, route electricians efficiently to minimize windshield time, and provide proactive "white-glove" communication to our clients consisting of homeowners, interior designers and custom builders. This position is full-time and in-person with dedicated office space in Silver Spring, MD.
