The Estimator will develop precise bids, oversee cost tracking, and ensure that projects are executed efficiently and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project life cycle for ceiling division projectsfrom bidding through closeoutInterpret plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive estimatesReview contracts for compliance and risk managementTrack labor, material, and subcontractor costs throughout project executionCoordinate submittals, shop drawings, and procurement with internal and external partnersLead project meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractorsBuild and maintain long-term client and vendor relationshipsMonitor schedules and manpower to ensure timely deliveryIdentify and mitigate project risksMentor junior estimators and support staffEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction estimatingExperience with acoustical ceilings or specialty wall/ceiling systems highly preferredTechnical SkillsProficiency in OST, QuickBid, BlueBeam, and accounting softwareStrong Microsoft Office Suite skillsExperience with scheduling software a plusQualifications & AttributesIn-depth knowledge of bid processes and construction workflowsStrong communication, organization, and leadership abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset and attention to detailAdditional RequirementsAbility to work onsite and adapt to dynamic construction settingsEqual Opportunity EmployerNGi is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
