Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Adaptability and a growth mindset.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team leader.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the production team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Oversee daily operations including vehicle intake, de-pollution, placement, and outbound shipping.
- Conduct daily meetings to communicate goals, tasks, and expectations.
- Set, track, and follow up on team member performance to ensure accountability and growth.
- Train employees on equipment, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Uphold company culture through leadership, example, and strong team collaboration.
- Communicate clearly with upper management regarding operations, employee performance, and updates.
- Continuously improve and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Willing to go above and beyond to ensure team success.
