About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily operations and client interactions. This position is partly remote, with some in-office work in Sparks, NV, and occasional travel for meetings, document signings, and events. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally while helping our firm grow.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet clients, and manage front-desk duties when in the office
• Schedule client meetings and manage calendars for attorneys and staff
• Track and manage the availability of multiple office spaces
• Support in-office and off-site client meetings, including witnessing document signings
• Maintain a professional, client-focused demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

• Experience with phones, reception, scheduling, and calendar management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfort with basic office technology (Microsoft Office; training provided on Clio and other systems)
• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as needed
• Legal office experience is a plus but not required

• Firm provides all necessary equipment and software
• Mileage reimbursement for any travel required for the role
