We are looking for an experienced, driven, and confident pharmacy technician ready to step into a true leadership role.
This is NOT just another pharmacy technician position.
As our Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will work directly alongside the Pharmacist-in-Charge and play a critical role in leading our pharmacy team, managing daily workflow, solving problems, training staff, and helping drive the success of our growing independent pharmacy.

YOUR ROLE
You will be the pharmacist's key support and the pharmacy team's day-to-day leader.
You will help oversee:
People/ Workflow /Inventory /Patients Operations /Efficiency /Customer Service
You will have a direct role in helping us build our team, improve our processes, and deliver the level of service our patients expect.
