Transform Lives: Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Regional Patient-Centered Technician supporting our NC region centers!

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between our operating hours of 7am-7pm. Regional travel required.

  • Location & Schedule: This position primarily covers Cary, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, but is a true regional role. Expect required travel to any of the company's centers in North Carolina to provide coverage as needed.

Your Role

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • Extensive Regional Travel: This position primarily covers Cary, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, the ability to travel to any of our centers in North Carolina on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory.

What We're Looking For

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, PLUS significant relevant work experience.
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
