What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Neuromedical Center?
Description
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Running a busy clinic daily and checking in patients
- Prepping patient charts, performing phone triage, and updating the EMR system
- Phone, e-mail, and patient portal messaging as well as other miscellaneous clinical duties as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office skills
- Must be reliable, detail orientated, and proficient with computer use
Education Required:
- Vocational Degree in nursing or medical assisting preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
Hourly Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5PM
