Company Description
Small but busy neurofeedback office offering physiological support to peak performance and mental health clientele. The clinic is overseen by a Ph.D, MFT psychologist. We work with children of all ages most have ASD, and behavoir issues.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an independent contractor Neurofeedback Assistant, located at Avila Beach, CA. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting and ensuring smooth neurofeedback operations such as electroencephalogram recordings (EEG/brain maps), and exectuing assigned protocols. The role also involves providing excellent customer empathic roles, assisting with warmth, and emotional support for clients. Supporting other team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Psychological service experience
- No prior or current alcohol or drug issues
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with neurofeedback software, and equipment is a plus
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling client information
- Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior office administration or assistant experience is a plus
- Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, Speech Therapy, or Occupational Therapy
