Schedule
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full time (3 shifts per week)
Position Summary
As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting clients’ independence, comfort, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting clients with housekeeping and laundry
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Shopping for groceries and household essentials
- Transporting clients to appointments, therapies, and community outings
- Accompanying clients to recreational and social activities
- Observing and reporting any changes in condition
- Performing basic health care tasks, such as taking vital signs or administering prescribed medications
