Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Daytime shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends & holidays
- PRN
Position Summary
As a vital member of our care team, you will deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to clients with spinal cord injuries and complex medical needs. Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications
- Taking and monitoring vital signs
- Assisting with comfort and daily needs
- Attending scheduled medical appointments with the client
- Providing trach care
Your clinical skill set and compassionate presence directly enhance your client’s safety, comfort, and independence.
Requirements
- Current, valid LPN license
- Home care experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
