About Us
NeuroActive Spine & Rehab Center is a cash-based pediatric neurorehabilitation clinic in Phoenix with rehab programs for children with autism, ADHD, and developmental differences. We work with families who have tried everything and we deliver results they haven't found anywhere else. Our model is high-touch, high-impact, and fast-paced.
The Role
This is not a standard receptionist position. We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is the first voice families hear, the person who walks them through our program, handles pricing conversations with confidence, and helps guide them toward a decision. You are a critical part of how families get the help their child needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing new patient inquiries and following up with leads quickly and consistently
- Running structured education calls with parents, explaining our intensive program and answering questions
- Handling pricing and objections without hesitation
- Scheduling, intake coordination, and keeping the patient journey organized from first contact to first visit
- Supporting clinic operations and keeping the front desk running smoothly
You're the Right Person If...
- You have experience in a medical, chiropractic, functional health, dental, or aesthetic clinic setting
- You are genuinely warm and confident talking with moms who are stressed, emotional, or overwhelmed
- You don't flinch when money comes u. You understand value and can communicate it
- You are organized and detail-oriented; things don't fall through the cracks on your watch
- You're comfortable getting on the phone proactively, not just waiting for it to ring
- You have experience in patient coordination, case management, or a similar hybrid role
Bonus Points
- Background in pediatric healthcare or special needs communities
- Experience with high-ticket or cash-pay services
- Familiarity with CRM tools or automated follow-up workflows

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
