Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for taxpayers, correspondence through email support.
- Ability to complete tasks by deadline and with little supervision.
- Additional responsibilities are assigned as deemed necessary on a weekly/daily basis.
- Minimum 1 year in an office environment.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak effectively with customers and employees.
- Ability to proofread correspondence, detect and correct errors.
- Ability to prepare routine correspondence and replies for signature with minimal guidance.
- Ability to perform basic math computations using online, desk top calculator, or creating calculations in spreadsheets.
- Ability to satisfactorily resolve routine situations based on supervisor’s guidance or written or verbal instructions.
