Role Overview:
As a Roadside Technician at Pop-A-Lock, you will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance to drivers in need. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Service team to ensure timely and effective responses to service calls. Working on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers’ day while driving our mission of reliability and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely manner.
- Provide quality lockout services, jump-starts, battery replacements, tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle picture taking.
- Maintain an accurate log of services performed.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping others.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
