Occupational Therapist
Neulife Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Louisiana. This role involves working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' physical and mental condition to determine the level of impairment and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities designed to improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to support patient recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and recovery strategies.
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Louisiana.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in rehabilitation or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt therapies to patient needs.
