We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Immigration Attorney to join our growing immigration practice. In this role, you will work directly with clients on a wide range of immigration matters, from preparing and filing applications to representing clients in proceedings. You will collaborate with our team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver strong results for individuals and families navigating the immigration process.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of immigration cases from start to finish
- Conduct legal research and prepare filings, petitions, and supporting documentation
- Represent clients in immigration proceedings
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed and address their questions
- Work alongside attorneys and support staff to manage caseload effectively
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Spanish fluency required
- Licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
- Knowledge of immigration law, regulations, and procedures
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
