Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone and email
- Support inside sales activities by preparing quotes and assisting with product inquiries
- Perform essential clerical duties including filing, document organization, and data entry
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks and maintain inventory records
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or inside sales preferred
