Duties
- Greet and check in patients, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information with accuracy.
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at the time of service.
- Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and responding to general questions.
- Use the electronic medical record (EMR) system to enter, update, and maintain patient information.
- Work closely with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow and overall clinic operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to show empathy and handle patient needs professionally.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.
- Genuine passion for helping others and creating a positive patient experience.
- Interest in growing and building a long-term career in healthcare.
- Healthcare experience is a plus!
