Job Title: Microsoft Engineer (Microsoft 365 / Entra / Intune)
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite β 5 Days/Week)
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire
About the Role
NetworkPedia is seeking an experienced Microsoft Engineer to lead and support enterprise Microsoft Modern Workplace initiatives. This role will own the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Intune, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS), and Windows 10/11, while partnering with business and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing workplace solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft cloud administration experience, leadership capabilities, and a background supporting large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer Microsoft 365 solutions across the enterprise.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365 Tenant, and Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS).
- Lead Microsoft Modern Workplace initiatives, ensuring security, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead enterprise Microsoft projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage vendor relationships and outsourced L1/L2 support teams while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Develop operational procedures, knowledge articles, training documentation, and process improvements.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor support performance, SLA compliance, and operational metrics.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies and industry best practices.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- 3 years leading technical teams or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Deep hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Office 365
- Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS)
- Windows 10/11
- Experience managing enterprise Microsoft tenants.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), endpoint management, and security.
- Experience managing technical projects and vendor relationships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience documenting processes, procedures, and technical training materials.
