Job Description
- Must Have: Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
- 3 years of experience leading technical teams or working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solutions, including Office 365 administration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and application deployment.
- Experience managing Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS) solutions across enterprise environments.
- Proficient in administering and supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions.
- Experience planning, deploying, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience implementing security, compliance, and device management best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project delivery experience in enterprise Microsoft environments.
