Technology Support Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technology Support Technician to provide technical support for technology devices. This role will focus on supporting end user devices including PC’s, MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones, while assisting with endpoint management, device provisioning, and user support in a corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with delivering end user/deskside support services in a healthcare environment and customer-facing technical support. This position is focused on device deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PC’s, printers, and Apple devices including MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices and endpoint hardware.
• Support users with hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, device lifecycle management, and equipment deployments.
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve complex issues.
• Follow established security policies and procedures to protect company data and devices.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of desktop support, help desk, or mobile device support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows and IOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft, or Apple certifications.

Location: Charlottesville, VA

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay range: $18-21 (rates are negotiable based on experience)
• Benefits: Start on Day 91 of employment
• Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm or 8am – 5pm
