Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Systems Analyst (Senior Level) to provide a range of capabilities required to support the 100th Ground Base Midcourse Defense Brigade’s (GMD) execution of operational and logistical responsibilities for the Ballistic Missile Defense Mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and prepare documentation to substantiate a project and has considerably more knowledge than the entry and mid-level Systems Analyst.
- Assist with scheduling, planning, preparation, and attendance of ballistic missile RDT&E oriented meetings between/among 100th MDB internal staff/command entities, subordinate units, higher headquarters, sister agencies, and other stakeholder entities as dictated by mission requirements.
- Provides input to the Project Leader and the Program Manager on which analysis of systems and technologies are made.
- Extremely knowledgeable of communication architectures, communications network management, control and planning systems and military applications of space systems, Counter UAS systems, and missile defense systems and concepts.
- Strong working knowledge of tactical operations.
- Provides recommendations to the customer for solutions to policy problems and conflicts.
- Has strong expertise in current service and DoD policy and doctrine including, but not limited to, the Unified Command Plan, Title 10 of the United States Code, Joint Publications, Defense Planning Guidance, and Service Program Management Directives.
- Assist with communicating operational requirements and capturing operational feedback for warfighter input as part of RDT&E activities to various higher headquarters, sister agencies, and other stakeholder entities as dictated by mission requirements.
- Assist with managing and synchronizing increment specific timelines for RDT&E efforts.
- Maintain a historical database of executive summaries, within the knowledge management practices of the 100th MDB, of durable or programmatic interactions between the 100th MDB Missile Defense Operations cell and external stakeholders to include SMDC, system developers, USNORTHCOM, and other key entities identified by the Brigade.
- Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
- 12 - 15 Years of Experience supporting similar requirements
