Network Runners is seeking a Program Analyst (Congressional Affairs Support) to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs (OCCA).
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide studies, analyses, scenarios, and reports that advise the best actions as well as interpreting results from studies, analyses, scenarios, and reports.
- Apply mission level thinking for current and emerging projects/programs and translate stakeholder needs and expectations into statements assessing requirements.
- Perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or systems related to project/program issues which require reports and recommended solutions.
- Analyze information from multiple sources to compile a complete and holistic solution, easily communicate recommendations and issues to staff and seniors that support the overall strategic plan.
- Support tasks associated with OCCAs Congressional Affairs Branch and provide direct support to the Congressional Inquiries Team responsible for processing inquiries submitted to the agency by Congress for appropriate response.
- Must have 3 to 10 years of experience/able to perform all functional duties independently
