Job Overview
Network Charter School is seeking a highly organized and dependable Front Office Manager to support daily school operations and serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, and staff. This position is available for immediate hire to support the remainder of the current school year (approximately 4 months), with salary adjusted accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance, maintain accurate records, and communicate discrepancies with families and staff
- Serve as first point of contact for parent/guardian communication
- Maintain student records, databases, and reporting systems (Synergy, attendance, service hours, incident reports)
- Run weekly reports (including 10-Day Drop notifications) and support administrative tracking systems
- Coordinate scheduling (enrollment meetings, site tours, calendars, substitutes)
- Oversee school pantry operations in partnership with Food for Lane County (ordering, pickup, reporting)
- Maintain safety compliance (fire drills, reporting, basic first aid)
- Support general school operations including supply ordering, facilities upkeep, and event coordination (e.g., graduation)
- Assist with transportation coordination (LTD bus passes) and community partnerships
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, and office systems preferred
- Comfortable working collaboratively with staff, students, and families
