Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to fill a variety of open roles across the company. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions listed on ncs-tx.com, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Proactively source candidates using databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Support employer branding efforts and promote NCS as an employer of choice
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company hiring policies
Qualifications
2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools
