Responsibilities
- Manage and own documentation for Client Delivery team including client project creation and Client Management SharePoint
- Manage the assignment of projects to Client Delivery Managers, ensuring appropriate assignment based on client tier, ownership, and delivery capacity
- Ensure timely and accurate billing by maintaining correct project configurations, validating billing milestones, and coordinating invoice release with internal stakeholders
- Work with Sales team and Resource Managing team to coordinate resources for projects
- Assist Client Delivery Managers and leadership teams to coordinate and if necessary, reschedule client status calls and tasks
- Work with clients and Client Delivery Managers to coordinate and see through client remediation in timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proven ability to build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Experience managing multiple projects with varying life cycles
- Experience with Salesforce CRM & FinancialForce PSA
