Named Account Executive – Strategic Financial Institutions
U.S.-based, East Coast (travel required)
Role Summary
We are seeking a senior Named Account Executive who has relationships with large Tier-1 financial institutions, including global banks, custodians, investment banks, and capital markets firms.
This role is for a proven enterprise software sales leader with established executive-level relationships, strong technical sales background with ability to map technical solutions to business outcomes, and a track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals. Ideal candidates have sold competitive or complementary solutions to NetScout Systems and can run the entire sales lifecycle end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of named Tier-1 financial services accounts
- Build and execute multi-year account strategies
- Maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, COO)
- Drive the full enterprise sales process from prospecting through deal closure
- Close six-figure to multi-million-dollar enterprise transactions
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams
- Represent the company in executive briefings, QBRs, and industry events
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance
Required Experience & Profile
- 10 years of enterprise software field sales experience
- Proven success selling into large financial institutions
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience selling competitive or complementary technologies to NetScout Systems
- Established executive-level relationships within financial services
- Strong technical sales background with ability to engage architects and engineers
- Expertise in consultative, value-based selling
