Basic Qualifications/Skills:
We are seeking a talented student studying Engineering and/or Computer Science to join NETSCOUT Provider Services team for the summer of 2026. This position will be responsible for working with and supporting the Netscout Service Provider Services team.
- Work closely with the Services team to assist them in resolution of technical service cases according to generalized procedures and specialized understanding of product issues.
- Provide the software, hardware, application, and product support.
- Work with the Services team to ensure hardware is functional and up to date on OS, patches and security.
- Design and develop AI software solutions to drive higher effectiveness within the services team.
- Collaborate with tools engineers to improve existing internal AI tools.
- Optimize the performance of learning models coming out of academic and industry research.
- Completing tasks on assigned projects.
Preferred Qualification/Skills:
- Pursuing a BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Experience/projects in Python and other programming languages (C , etc.)
- Ability to work with and learn various scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl, UNIX shell scripts (bash)
- Working knowledge of all standard office suite applications
- Diligent attention to detail
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
- Solid verbal and written communication
