Job Overview
LTTS is looking for junior, enthusiastic software engineers who are eager to learn, grow, and be trained as part of our engineering teams. This role is focused on testing hardware equipment and Wi‑Fi protocols, providing an excellent opportunity for early‑career engineers to gain hands‑on experience on real‑world projects and gradually be absorbed into core delivery teams.
This role is ideal for candidates with foundational C/C programming knowledge and a strong desire to learn new technologies through structured training and project exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Support testing and validation of hardware equipment and Wi‑Fi protocols
Assist senior engineers in executing test cases, test procedures, and result analysis
Participate in training programs to build strong technical and domain knowledge
Apply C / C programming skills in testing, debugging, and analysis activities
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand product behavior and specifications
Document test results, observations, and issues clearly and accurately
Gradually take ownership of assigned tasks as skills develop
Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of C / C programming
Understanding of core programming concepts such as:
- Data structures and control flow
- Functions and pointers/memory basics
Strong interest in networking and wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi protocols)
Willingness to learn through training and apply knowledge on projects
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates or engineers with 0–2 years of experience
Highly enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and eager to learn
Interested in testing, validation, and protocol‑level engineering work
Good communication skills and a strong team‑oriented mindset
