We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and scale our HR, Finance, and Operations functions. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our internal systems, people, and financial processes are aligned to support sustainable growth and operational excellence across the organization.
As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll partner closely with executives and department heads to drive efficiency, optimize resources, and implement data-driven decisions that enhance performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities include:
Operations Management
- Oversee all day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth execution across teams.
- Design and implement efficient processes, tools, and workflows to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Human Resources
- Develop and execute talent strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices across all HR operations.
Finance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
- Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and key KPIs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the CEO in financial planning, fundraising, and cost optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in operations, finance, or HR leadership roles—preferably in a scaling organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, build culture, and implement systems at scale.
