Title : Project Scheduler
Location: Detroit, MI ( Hybrid)
Contract Duration : 10 Months
Pay Range : $45 -$48/hr.on W2 without benefits
Primavera P6 Scheduler
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines.
- Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines.
- Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones.
- Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
- Develop/ Maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and work with project teams to develop recovery strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain schedule alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules
- Experience in utilities and/or EPC projects strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
