Consumption Reporting & Insights
- Subject matter expert regarding reporting related to consumption, usage, adoption, and cACV
- Support business partners with trends in consumption and identify risks and opportunities related to renewals, churn, and expansion
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies in consumption and usage reporting
- Partner with upstream teams (e.g., systems, analytics, ops) to improve data quality and reporting reliability
- Act as a point of contact for sales and field questions related to consumption, reporting, and performance
- Provide data-backed answers to ad hoc questions from Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership
- Document answers to frequently asked questions to share with the broader team
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics
- Hands on experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Familiarity with consumption, usage, adoption, or usage based revenue models
- Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast moving, ambiguous environments
