What does a HVAC Project Manager do?

• As an HVAC Project Manager at our Customer, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC project lifecycles from initiation to completion. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, developing project plans, and managing timelines. You'll lead onsite teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Communication is key; you'll regularly update stakeholders on project progress, addressing any challenges that arise. You will also be responsible for budget management, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters while meeting customer expectations.
• Problem-solving will be a daily requirement as you navigate obstacles and devise effective solutions. Finally, you'll mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development within a customer-focused environment.
