Team Leader (Chemistry-Hematology) – Charlotte, NC
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Evening Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
Pay: $40–$53.25/hour
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- ASCP (MLS/MT) or AMT (MT) certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry and Hematology laboratory operations.
- Experience with CAP, AABB, TJC, and other regulatory/accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
