What You’ll Be Doing
Technical & Engineering
- Deploy and support complex network solutions, including routing, switching, and network segmentation across multi-site environments.
- Implement and support network security solutions, including policy analysis, perimeter defense, access control, and PKI infrastructure.
- Plan and execute server and compute stack migrations across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures.
- Design, implement, and manage complex SAN environments, overseeing storage lifecycle and utilization.
- Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery solutions.
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
- Develop technical roadmaps and influence strategic vision for clients within budget constraints.
- Mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth and team development.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including implementation guides and environmental diagrams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in IT with high proficiency in:
- Windows Server, Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure Cloud stack, M365, Networking (Firewalls and Switching) and DR/BC
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent certs/experience
- Willingness to travel to client locations
- Ability to lift 25lbs
