Job Summary
NetCost Market is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our in-store and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food retail, community engagement, and brand storytelling. You’ll help drive customer traffic, promote seasonal campaigns, and support the execution of marketing strategies across multiple store locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events tailored (but not limited) to the grocery retail environment.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials including (but not limited) flyers, signage, email newsletters, and social media content.
- Collaborate with store managers and vendors to ensure execution and accuracy of promotional activities and brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on customer engagement and ROI.
- Help organize and promote community events, tastings, and seasonal celebrations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Support Trade Marketing managers with all related projects and initiatives.
- Manage and grow the client portfolio and advertising turnover through media kits and in-chain advertising services for vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or food industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for food and customer experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with retail marketing or grocery promotions.
- Basic graphic design and photo editing skills.
