The candidate must be able to provide customer service in a friendly manner. Responsibilities include quality control by checking products for quality and condition. To provide customer service in a professional and enthusiastic manner that consistently follows the Customer Service Standards, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by properly handling all inquiries, orders, special orders and returns, and to maintain the appearance and quality of the food in the display cases. You are required to provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner that consistently follows the standards of NetCost Market to maintain customer satisfaction.Proactively assist customers within the guidelines outlined in our Customer Service Standards. Perform annual full-scale inventory assessments to identify missing inventory and items to be orderedProvide customer service to customers who may need assistance while setting up displays or otherwise in the front of the storeUse rolling ladders to retrieve items from the stockroom on hard to reach shelvesAccurately maintain company database including all stock and inventory itemsBuild new store displays to present special merchandiseOrganize and sort items on shelving, bins and displays according to company standardsMonitor and report any missing or lost inventory to managementConfirm all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent conditionKeep the work area clean Maintain all food safety standardsFollow the instructions of managerial staffEnsure customers are served quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant mannerRespond resourcefully to customer requests and concernsProvide excellent customer service and ensure clients had an outstanding shopping experienceOther duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service18 years or olderAbility to read, write and do simple math problemsAbility to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problemsAble to work well with others as a team memberA passion for serving peopleMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs
